"AW St Mary We have been buying shoes for our children and ourselves here for about 10 years. We have tried other options - but always come back. We find that the shop offers a good range of quality styles (and if they are not in stock in the size required - Audrey orders them for us). Quality is important to us as we want our shoes to last, look smart and fit properly. The appointment system is great at busy times and Audrey is very responsive to email enquiries. Another important point is that the shop is easily accessible for children and buggies, no stairs and knowledgable staff. The toy box and toilet for children is also welcomed.

We recently visited Fit Footwear for the first time and had a great time! There is a huge range of shoes, a toy corner to keep the children entertained and friendly and helpful staff. Professional and friendly staff who take a great deal of time care to ensure that the shoes are right for tiny feet, with a great range of shoes. I would not take my 18mth old daughter anywhere else to get her shoes fitted. Great idea about the kids club too.

I always buy my daughter and son's shoes from FIT footwear as they won't just sell you anything!!! If it's wrong and doesn't FIT then they will get every box they have out until it FIT'S. If it they don't have it then they will get if for you!!! You don't get that kind of service anywhere else. My daughter can't wait to choose a free gift at the end too!!!
I use the Kids club email service too and it's very handy especially for seeing when the school shoes are coming in.

"Mel Stevens - Audrey has been supplying shoes to my daughter since she started to walk. Now she is almost 6 years old, and there is nowhere else I will take her to get her shoes from. Audrey knows her job like the back of her hand. She is honest and gives advice on what is best for the growing feet. She is knowledgeable and listens to what her customers ask for. My daughter loves going to choose new shoes from Audrey, and the complimentary treat from the treat box at the end is a wonderful touch.
Audrey also runs a schools club which means discounts on some school trainers when purchasing school shoes at the same time. It’s the little things that really make a huge difference. Thank You Audrey as always. "

Shop facilities to accomodate young children, encompassing play area and toilet. Service and shoe selection is the best in Jersey and the free lucky dip present for the child makes it!

I wouldn't trust anyone else to fit my boys' shoes. The care, attention and advice is excellent and its not just about selling a pair of shoes, its about comfort and finding the right style, both my boys have wide feet and high insteps and I wouldn't trust anyone else to fit their shoes.

Mia (who is 6) insists that we come to you for all her shoes as she just loves the way she gets fussed over.
For me it is the fact that you are always truthful and will never let us walk out of your shop with something that you are not satisfied fits just to make a sale.
Furthermore when we came in for a measure and we asked youto check Mia's school shoes you could quite easily have advised me to purchase another pair instead you just put smaller insoles in and did not even charge me!!
