Introduction

The technical stuff:

A varied class suitable for those just beginning and those more experienced, concentrating on core conditioning -  to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups.

Great for those who need help with bad backs, want to improve their posture and muscle tone or increase flexibility. The exercises are performed on or around a mat and can be adapted for every level of fitness and ability - you will be given guidance for your ability as the class unfolds.

I am a qualified exercise teacher who has been teaching for more than 30 years.

The other stuff: 
You will never get bored with this work-out. I have a huge number of ways to make you aware of every muscle, and you will never do the same routine twice in a row - in other words you won't know what is coming next! Because it is run on a course basis, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. You will make friends and there is no pressure for you to keep up with everyone else.

Single Taster Session - Oakfield or St Mary

£ 10.00 

Single Taster Session for the first class of the new course at either Oakfield or St Mary. If you decide to join a full course, you will just pay the remainder of the cost (full course classes are normally £9 each)

Pilates Resistance Band

£ 4 

Adds a new dimension to some of our exercises - designed to make you work that little bit harder!

Let me know on the "Notes to Seller" if you wish to collect from Fit Footwear in Seale Street, or at your first class.

 

Pilates Weighted Ball

£ 10 

Soft, weighted ball - perfect for adding more workload to the exercises. More controllable than your water bottle!

Once you have decided which course you would like to attend, simply scroll down the menu below to find your required course, add to cart, checkout (you don't need a Paypal account) and specify your course on the "Notes to Seller" box that comes up during checkout. Print out your confirmation (or just write down the confirmation number) and bring it to the first class of the course. I will have a list of who has paid for which course(s) to use as reference.
